Further to our excellence in pressure washing, Pelch Services has taken this service to an entirely different level with our Dry Steaming process. Dry Streaming is saturated steam, superheated to over 150°C. When water is heated to the boiling point, we vaporize it with additional heat to make it “dry.” In the dry steaming process, the present heat is then used to transform the water into steam; therefore, no water droplets are present. The result is a very clean and remarkably dry process that allows for no mess.
Dry Steaming is used to clean machinery, pipes, thaw underground lines and equipment, de-grease machinery, as well as cleaning stone and masonry. Another practical purpose of dry steaming is that it will remove algae, kill moss and unsightly stains or graffiti reducing the need for harsh chemical cleaners.
